Privacy Policy
Information under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR on the processing of personal data on HBOT-Wiki.com.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers - fonts and images are served from our own domain. What remains are the access logs every web server keeps, and the email address you can write to. Nothing else is collected.
Who is responsible
The controller for data processing on this website is:
ELITE LABS SL
Paseo Illetes, CS Catala, Illeta 4, Loc 4
07181 Calvià, Illes Balears, Spain
Responsible for content: Emilio Sebastian Loyola
Email: experts@hbot-wiki.com
We have not appointed a data protection officer. This is not required here: the site processes no special categories of data, carries out no profiling and no systematic monitoring, and data processing is not our core activity.
What this site does not do
We state this first because it removes most of what a privacy policy usually has to cover. This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage or similar techniques. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising network. There are no contact forms and no input fields of any kind.
The site also makes no requests to third-party servers. Fonts, images, style sheets and scripts are all delivered from hbot-wiki.com. That means your browser does not contact Google, Meta or any content delivery network while you read these pages, and no consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
The only third-party element is a passive verification tag in the page source that allows us to prove ownership of the domain in Google Search Console. It transmits no data and triggers no request.
Data processed when you visit
Like every web server, our hosting provider records technical data each time a page is requested: the requesting IP address, date and time, the URL requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and information about your browser and operating system.
Purpose: operating and delivering the website, ensuring stability and security, and detecting and tracing attacks and abuse. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. We do not merge this data with other sources and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Storage: log data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and is then deleted or shortened by the provider. Processor: the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which acts as our processor. Vercel provides a Data Processing Addendum as part of its terms of service; where data is transferred to the United States, the safeguards published by Vercel apply. Details: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you write to us
If you contact us at experts@hbot-wiki.com, we process the data contained in your message - your address, your name if you give it, and the content - in order to answer it.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or its preparation, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your request and to meet statutory retention periods, then delete it. Note that ordinary email is not encrypted in transit; for confidential matters please use a secure channel.
Links to manufacturers and registers
This site links to manufacturer websites and to official registers such as the FDA 510(k) database and EUDAMED. Following such a link takes you to a site whose operator decides independently what data is processed - our policy does not apply there, and we have no influence on it. Outbound links to manufacturers carry the nofollow attribute.
No data leaves this site until you click. We do not embed any manufacturer content, so their servers are not contacted while you are simply reading our pages.
What you can require of us
Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process data about you and to receive a copy (Article 15), to have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16), to have data erased (Article 17), to restrict processing (Article 18), to receive your data in a portable format (Article 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).
To exercise any of these rights, write to experts@hbot-wiki.com. We answer within the statutory period of one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As the controller is established in Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid (aepd.es). You may also complain to the supervisory authority of your own place of residence.
Profiling and updates
We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Providing data is neither required by contract nor by statute; you can read this site without providing anything beyond the technical data described above.
This policy reflects the state of the website as of 25 July 2026. If we add functionality that processes data - a contact form, a newsletter, an analytics tool - we will update this page before that function goes live.
